Rick Shah, the driving force behind our privately-owned company, possesses an impressive 25-year background in development management, construction, project management, and contract administration, with a specific focus on Construction Programming. Holding a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil, duly assessed by Engineers Australia, Rick operates as a professional engineer in Australia’s dynamic construction industry.
With a hands-on approach, Rick personally oversees every facet of the projects undertaken by the company. His wealth of experience in the Australian construction landscape spans a diverse array of projects, ranging from residential apartments to multi-million-dollar beach houses, and from aged care facilities to hospitals. Rick’s expertise extends to hotels, clubs, child care centers, and community centers, showcasing his versatility in managing various project types.
Having served in reputable construction companies in Sydney, Rick has not only completed numerous upscale medium residential, commercial, and industrial projects but has also assumed pivotal roles such as project engineer, senior contract administrator, and Contract Manager. His comprehensive experience working for both developers and builders reflects a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in the construction and management of diverse projects.
