When I first heard that your Company Motto was “lets build your dream together”, I wasn’t certain if that was simply a nice marketing phrase or if you really meant it. After having worked with Rick over the 9 months, I absolutely know that those words are reality… The extra communication and detail discussion about built product was especially helpful, since we were not on site for most of the construction.

Rick’s specific knowledge of the various construction issues and ability to arrive at workable solutions to problems and come up with viable alternatives was most impressive. Your attention to the smallest details was reassuring, and it gave us confidence during construction that the project would be completed in a highly competent manner! Completion of project within contract price with no surprises and added variation while maintaining great quality of project was plus points of Dream Built.
