After a lot of uncertainty in selecting a builder to build our Dream Home, the minute I met Rick Shah, I knew I was in Professional hands. Rick carried himself in such a manner that has truly left a lasting impression on us. His product knowledge, positive energy, friendliness and unique understanding was unbelievable. “Customer Service” at it’s best, which unfortunately in today’s society is quite rare.
Rick’s buildability skill was very impressive from the minute we sat down to talk about our needs to build our new dream home. He made us feel at ease from the start. All facts and figures were revealed up-front with not a cent over upon completion. His sound knowledge of interior designing helped us a lot from selecting tiles to kitchen design to modern finishes giving extra highlights to our house
Rick also inspected each and every stage of construction personally and ensured everything is according to Australian standards and great quality. DBPM built our home to perfection and attention to detail was truly outstanding. Rick’s continued advise, support and hands on, made us feel very special as clients placing our trust in his hands.
There are so many shocking stories about building homes, especially with the major household names, the uncertainty and fear factor was overwhelming in the beginning in our careful selection for a builder. The quality in the dwelling is outstanding and the modern fresh feel was liberating. All for a reasonable price.
