Let me take this opportunity to provide some feedback about Dream Built PM Construction. Rick has been very patient and good listener from the day one of meeting him and explaining my detail family requirements. He understood our needs very carefully and ensures that all our needs are covered in contract and build according to our expectation. It was very essential for us to build our house rather we sign a contract with the builder’s needs, standard design and inclusion. Rick ensures that from deign selection and specification include the luxury specification within our budget. This was extremely crucial for us to have specialist input in design selection, all inclusion within our budget. We have great savings and inclusion due to his guidance.
Throughout the construction period Rick has provided his engineering expertise and visited site on a regular basis. His approach to deal with any situation is remarkable and he ensures that the work and time has no impact or delayed. On a number of occasions he has demonstrated his quality skill to promptly come up with resolution of any queries or issues. I must submit that I always have peace of mind that he is dealing with the you as main line of communication and most importantly he is available when you need him. He had promptly conducted site visits prior to progress payments and advised me on all technical points and ensures the quality is achieved without compromising anything. In a nutshell from start to finish we have thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the experience of dealing with Rick and completed our project in timeframe.
We had endless meetings with him refining our design, regular contact and from the moment we met it became more and more apparent that he was on our team. A wonderful project exquisitely coordinated and completed, thank you to Rick and Dream Built.
